Alfonso brings international experience across private equity, strategic consulting, and corporate development in Europe and Asia. He has held roles at Jebsen Group in Hong Kong, working from the CEO Office on strategic growth initiatives and market expansion projects, and at Ernst & Young (EY) in Madrid, within the Financial Regulation and Sustainable Finance department. He has also gained experience in asset management and business consulting through positions at BrightGate Capital and Connecting Visions, supporting investment analysis and client strategy projects across different sectors.

Alfonso holds a Bilingual Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, specialized in Finance, from ICADE (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas) in Madrid, and completed an academic exchange at Shanghai International Studies University (SISU) in China, where he deepened his understanding of Asian markets, culture, and business environment.
