Emmanuel began his career with the Royal Bank of Scotland (Paris branch), supporting the Executive Committee in advancing the bank’s strategic growth agenda. He later managing complex acquisition financings and credit portfolios for major corporate clients in Europe.

Based in Asia since 2010, he played instrumental roles in numerous cross-border acquisitions and post-investment transformations. He has been engaged to shape future-ready organisations through the optimisation of capital strategies, the reinforcement of governance frameworks, and the pursuit of operational excellence.

Emmanuel holds master’s degrees from ESSEC Business School and Paris-Dauphine University – PSL, and is a Graduate of the Executive Programmes of the University of Cambridge in Business Sustainability Management. He is a member of CPA Australia, the Singapore Institute of Directors, and a Permanent Resident of Singapore.
