Juan brings over 15 years of international experience across private capital, entrepreneurship, and social impact. He leads Collyer’s investment strategy and portfolio development across Southeast Asia and serves on the Board of Directors of iCare Benefits, one of the firm’s portfolio companies.

Before founding the firm, Juan established Asaya, an operator helping Western companies expand in Asia, where he served as CEO and later launched Faeda Capital, a spin-off vehicle developing joint ventures with Asaya’s Tier-1 clients. He was previously CEO of Spanish World Group, driving over 400% revenue growth and leading the company’s regional expansion. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Knowledge Platform, FILAC Family Office, and Schroders Asset Management.

Juan holds an MBA from INSEAD, dual Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a Master’s in Leadership and Human Resources from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
