Xuan Ye brings over 20 years of cross-border experience in investment management, private equity, and operational value creation across Asia and Europe. As an operating partner, he has worked with investment funds representing more than USD 25 billion in cumulative AUM, helping portfolio companies accelerate growth, strengthen operations, and unlock value across the industrial, services, healthcare, and technology sectors.

Previously, Xuan served as International Expert at Inflexion Private Equity, where he led the firm’s APAC portfolio value creation program, partnering with investment teams and management to drive strategic and operational performance across the region. Earlier, he was Country Head for China at MBO & Co, before serving as Investment Director, where he led investment and portfolio management activities.

Xuan also holds leadership and advisory roles with private equity and venture capital associations across Asia, contributing to the development of the region’s investment ecosystem and professional community.

He holds a cum laude degree in Economics from Université Paris Dauphine, an Executive Master in Finance from ESCP, and a PhD in Strategy from the University of Nottingham.
